This project was designed for a competition to enhance Podere Fedespina by blending innovative architecture with the rich history and materials of the original Poderi, creating a multi-functional headquarters that invites visitors to unwind, relax, learn, shop, and savor exceptional wine. Inspired by vineyard landscapes, the design features circular structures reminiscent of grape clusters, each dedicated to a distinct activity. From the open reception with wine-mimicking floor fountains to the biophilic-designed restaurant and private spa rooms offering ‘Wine Therapy’ treatments, every space fosters a seamless flow. The upper level hosts private wine tastings and a lounge with expansive vineyard views. This structure integrates natural light, panoramic views, and biophilic design, honoring the region's authenticity while offering a contemporary retreat.
